Where the ritual of coffee meets the pulse of the city.

Percolate_DTLA was born from a simple conviction: that the best coffee experiences happen when craft, community, and place intersect. Nestled on South Hope Street in the beating heart of downtown Los Angeles, we've built a space where the pace slows just enough for you to notice the details.

Every espresso is pulled from beans sourced directly from farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, and Guatemala — then roasted in small batches right here in Los Angeles. Our bakery opens at 5:30 AM so the croissants, sourdough, and seasonal tarts are fresh before the city wakes up. This isn't convenience coffee. It's intention, poured into every cup.
